DESCRIPTION:O trio tocará temas do cancioneiro americano e de alguns compositores consagrados do jazz, como Tadd Dameron e John Coltrane, com pequenos arranjos pensados pelos elementos da banda. O projecto busca, através dos standards, uma sonoridade singular com recurso à improvisação. O trio é composto pelo vibrafonista Duarte Ventura, pelo baterista António Carvalho e pelo contrabaixista Francisco Brito, já conhecido no panorama jazzístico português. Entrada livre _____ The trio will play themes from the American songbook and from some renowned jazz composers, such as Tadd Dameron and John Coltrane, with small arrangements thought up by the band members. The project seeks, through standards, a unique sound using improvisation. The trio is made up of vibraphonist Duarte Ventura, drummer António Carvalho and bassist Francisco Brito, already known in the Portuguese jazz scene. Free entry
